- Business Information: Company branding, microsite content, and professional details
Limited Platform License
By using our Service, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the platform:
- Storage & Processing: Store your content securely and process it for platform functionality
- Real-Time Auto-Save: Automatically save your work as you build reports and edit content
- Sharing & Publishing: Display your content according to your specific sharing settings and permissions
- Email Delivery: Send your branded emails and reports to clients and agents as directed

Content Responsibility
As a professional inspector, you acknowledge that:
- You have the right to upload and share all content you submit

- You comply with all applicable privacy laws when uploading client information
- You maintain appropriate permissions for photos and property documentation
7. Professional Responsibility & Standards
InspectReports.com is designed to enhance your professional practice, but you remain fully responsible for your professional work:
Inspection Standards & Accuracy
- Report Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and professional quality of all inspection reports
- Professional Judgment: Our platform provides tools and templates, but cannot replace your professional expertise and on-site observations
- Industry Standards: You must comply with all applicable professional standards, including ASHI, InterNACHI, or local regulations
- Licensing Requirements: Maintain all required professional licenses and certifications in your jurisdiction
Client Relationships & Communication
- Professional Communication: While our platform sends branded emails on your behalf, you remain responsible for all client communications
- Contract Terms: You are responsible for the legal terms and conditions in contracts generated through our platform
- Report Sharing: Ensure appropriate permissions before sharing reports with clients, agents, or third parties
- Privacy Compliance: Maintain client confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy regulations
Insurance & Liability
- Professional Liability: Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance coverage
- Errors & Omissions: Our platform cannot prevent professional errors or omissions in your work
- Business Operations: You remain responsible for all aspects of your inspection business operations
Platform Use Guidelines
- Use photo annotation tools responsibly to clearly communicate findings
- Ensure contract templates comply with local legal requirements
- Maintain professional standards in all content shared through your microsite
- Use CRM features in compliance with applicable data protection laws
8. Payment Terms & Billing
Beta Period (Current)
- Free Access: Complete platform access at no cost for 6 months
- No Hidden Fees: No charges for reports, appointments, contracts, or any platform features
- No Payment Required: No credit card or payment information needed during beta
Post-Beta Pricing
- Simple Monthly Fee: $15/month for unlimited access to all features
- No Usage Limits: Unlimited reports, contracts, appointments, CRM entries, and storage
- Monthly Billing: Payments due in advance on a monthly basis
- No Setup Fees: No additional charges for account setup or onboarding
Billing Policies
- Advance Notice: 30 days' notice for any pricing changes
- Beta User Benefits: Special pricing considerations for beta participants
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime with no penalties or long-term commitments

Account Suspension
In case of non-payment after the beta period, we will provide multiple notices before any service interruption. Your data will be preserved for 90 days to allow for payment resolution and account reactivation.
9. Data and Privacy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INSPECTREPORTS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InspectReports.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.
